• $140 per night - min. 2 night stay

  • On vacation rentals the following apply:
    • $500 fully refundable security deposit
    • $1,000 on a monthly rental 
    • $75 cleaning fee
    • Weekly rentals include 1 housekeeping visit
    • Monthly rentals include bi-weekly housekeeping visit 
    • Any pets must have prior approval

Month to Month Rates:

• $1,400 per month - min. 3 month stay
  • On Month to Month rentals the following apply:
    • $45 application fee, includes credit check
    • First and last month required in advance
    • $1,000 fully refundable security deposit
    • Any pets must have prior approval
    • Utilities to be in tenants name prior to occupancy

Lease Rates:

• $1,300 per month - min. 6 month Lease
  • On a Lease rental the following apply:
    • $45 application fee, includes credit check
    • First and last month required in advance
